Design test cases and test scripts.
Executes test cases and test scripts on the system.
Ability to understand new testing techniques, technologies, and tools.
Responsible for testing all TPAY’s products and services.
Supporting TPAY live merchants and operators in addition to platform monitoring to make sure the overall echo system is up and running with the highest availability and reliability measures.
Responsible for problem troubleshooting, root cause analysis and hot fixing issues on production.
Handle and monitor downtime and handle emergency alerts (on phone call support) either related to operators or merchants.
Handle incoming complaints from customers, merchants or operators.

1-3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor ‘s Degree in computer science or Engineering from an accredited university.
Good knowledge in C# SQL, ASP.Net, MVC, Web APIs, WCF.
ISTQB certificate is a plus.
Microsoft TFS experience is a plus.
Very Good English.
knowledge /hands on experience in performance testing is a big plus.
Good understanding of the software development and testing process.
Very good testing design knowledge.
Understanding of OOP concepts and practices.
Knowledge of API testing & web services is a big added value.
