Job Description
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Supporting documentation and images Record gallery participation information including booth information, booth fees, payment structure
- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound international fairs
- Meet and exceed target set and generating revenue for the company
- Oversee the production and distribution of sales packs to target exhibitor lists
- Contact previous and target exhibitors to encourage
- Follow up with customers within a committed time frame with a professional manner
- Identify process improvement opportunities, services improvements, and productivity improvement
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
