Job Brief:
- The Senior Recruitment Specialist will handle all Group recruitment activities, from posting vacancies, to screening CV's, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates profiles and hiring & Selection process.
- Role will also contain Induction process and follow-up throughout probation period time.
- Doing Job analysis and writing Job descriptions, for newly created positions, in addition to carry out continuous updating to current positions job descriptions.
- Prepare, facilitate and conduct assessment centers for candidates, as a competency based selection tool, for specific kinds of functions.
- conducting exit interviews and follow-up on exit procedures for employees leaving the company.
Job Requirements
- BA in Business Administration or any related field, HR Diploma or Education Degree is a great Plus.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English & in Arabic, Written and spoken.
- Good IT Literacy.
- Problem solver, detail oriented and needs to treat information with maximum delicacy and confidentiality.
