Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling the Recruitment processes as per the manpower budget plan, including ad-hoc positions, temporary staff & internships
- Advertising all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various Recruitment media platforms.
- Develop candidate talent pipeline through sourcing channels.
- Carrying out all administrative arrangements for the selection process.
- Creating job descriptions & job requirements.
- Create job offers and do the needed Confidential archival.
- Conduct employee On-boarding and Orientation sessions.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Supporting in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly, keeping on the amendments according to organization restructures and changes.
- Handling training program for all company’s employees as needed.
- Conducting institutes for headhunting Technical training sources
- Assist in development & implementation of human resource policies & procedures.
Job Requirements
Knowledge, skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Technical recruitment experience.
- HR certificate (preferably)
- Good knowledge of OD & Performance system
- Experience communication skills
- Working under stress
- Very good time management
