Job Description

The customer service representative is responsible for face to face interaction with customers:

  • Receiving their defected mobiles.
  • Listening to the complaints and reporting the defects.
  • Delivering the mobiles to the maintenance section.
  • Receiving the mobiles back when repair is complete and delivering them to the customers.
  • Following the company procedures for work process Achieve high level of customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • University graduate/ Any discipline
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good English language
  • Good computer skills
  • Good knowledge of customer satisfaction principles.
