Job Description
The customer service representative is responsible for face to face interaction with customers:
- Receiving their defected mobiles.
- Listening to the complaints and reporting the defects.
- Delivering the mobiles to the maintenance section.
- Receiving the mobiles back when repair is complete and delivering them to the customers.
- Following the company procedures for work process Achieve high level of customer satisfaction
