Job Description
- Follow up and manage the technical and financial offering process of quotations, tenders, service contracts and overhauls to the sales and service departments as per requests received from customers to secure sales and service deals.
- Design, draw and prepare contracts for compressed air, oxygen and nitrogen stations as well as spare parts in compliance with the technical and financial specifications received from the sales and service departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Study and make necessary comparisons between the technical specifications of machines, equipment and quotations received from suppliers abroad to make sure that the customer receives the best quality, technical and financial offer.
- Prepare and implement the design and drawing for specific projects shop-drawings including internal and external layouts to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare and consolidate warranty claims by the service department for top management approval to be forwarded to suppliers abroad and send to and follow up on claim orders confirmations with the logistics department to close the loop between the supplier and customer.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics
