Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Manage department time sheets.
  • Manage Department rosters.
  • Ensure that training schedules are regularly updated and circulated
  • Ensure that a record of all communication is filed as per department document control
  • Develop and maintain all applicable records and documentation as required
  • Maintain documents hard copies in Archives as required
  • Responsible for maintaining and ensuring accuracy of all data collection files and registers.
  • Regularly update contractor contact details.
  • Manage booking requests for HSE training
  • Manage and track HSE purchasing
  • Ensure all monitoring and measurements records are correctly filed and available as and when required
  • Ensure that all monitoring equipment calibration certificates are filed.
  • Ensure that all hazards and incidents are recorded into the Incident Management System.
  • Issue daily notification of all incidents received
  • Track and monitor outstanding investigation reports to completion.
  • Ensure that all non-compliances identified though inspection, audits, reviews and investigation are filed
  • Ensure that recommendations noted from incident investigation are communicated to the responsible person and tracked through to completion.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in English and Arabic
  • Good report writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent computer skills particularly with spread sheets and databases
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Good organizational skills
