Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Manage department time sheets.
- Manage Department rosters.
- Ensure that training schedules are regularly updated and circulated
- Ensure that a record of all communication is filed as per department document control
- Develop and maintain all applicable records and documentation as required
- Maintain documents hard copies in Archives as required
- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring accuracy of all data collection files and registers.
- Regularly update contractor contact details.
- Manage booking requests for HSE training
- Manage and track HSE purchasing
- Ensure all monitoring and measurements records are correctly filed and available as and when required
- Ensure that all monitoring equipment calibration certificates are filed.
- Ensure that all hazards and incidents are recorded into the Incident Management System.
- Issue daily notification of all incidents received
- Track and monitor outstanding investigation reports to completion.
- Ensure that all non-compliances identified though inspection, audits, reviews and investigation are filed
- Ensure that recommendations noted from incident investigation are communicated to the responsible person and tracked through to completion.
Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic
- Good report writing and presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills particularly with spread sheets and databases
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational skills
