Job Description
- Analyzing the economic, political, social and technical environment
- Pinpoint weaknesses, as well as forecast trends and identify opportunities for organizational growth
- Analyzes the resulting data and makes recommendations to help improve organization's performance
- Reviews the various strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats affecting the organization
- Assessing the company’s environment and resources, defining the mission and vision, identifying priorities and objectives, and selecting valuable strategies.
- Devises goals for what the organization must do.
- Outlines specific goals, how to achieve them and who should execute them
- Summarizes these activities in an annual plan for the company and individual work plans for each department.
- Performing market-analysis and monitoring industry trends and company news
- Provides support to identify and asses strategic issues, facilitate strategic discussion, and manage strategic initiatives.
- Gives recommendations, in turn, become part of a company's plan to reduce staff turnover
- Guiding the company through financial obstacles and helping to achieving its goal of continued profitability and growing revenues

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- MBA is preferred
- Strategic planning strategic management courses is preferred
- Minimum 6 - 8 years’ experience in planning field
