Job Description

  • Our friendly, energetic and ambitious team is currently looking for Travel Consultants to join our record-smashing team in Smart Village, Cairo-Alexandria Road.

Job description:

  • GDS Expert is responsible for assisting Travel Consultants on the product part, helping them to get the best possible flight options in a short time-range.

Responsibilities:

  • To process agents’ flights requests in a timely manner.
  • To provide agents with extra information related to a specific PQ (bullet points).
  • To maintain a stable GDS knowledge in the team (by informing the Advisor on what agents are lacking and creating together a list of meeting topics that Supervisor has to discuss within the next product meetings).
  • To monitor the sales made by the team and verifies them on Price Drops.
  • To request feedback on processed requests and to report to the Advisor (if needed to take actions).

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Advanced understanding of Sales process, airlines policies, GDS "Preferable Sabre, Apollo, Galileo" regulations, fare rules and restrictions.
  • Team management, the ability to constantly improve.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Stress resilience and emotional intelligence.
  • Leadership and Emotional Intelligence

Compensation

  • Medical insurance/medical expenses covered by the Company.
  • Period of engagement - 3 months with possibility to extend indefinitely upon explicit agreement with the Travel Expert.
