- Design an organization competency Model.
- Design CBI SHEET for each function
- Conduct the all recruitment process.
- Design and activate recruitment advertisements on recruitment channels.
- CVs filtering.
- Communicate with the applicants and schedule the first interview.
- Conduct first interviews using STAR technique and prepare a short list.
Job Requirements
