Then make sure you bring your multitasking abilities and efficiency to the table. We are seeking Real Estate Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will be working in a fast paced environment and reporting to a Senior Agent. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive under pressure and work independently with strong initiative.

Primary Duties Include

  • Locating targeted units through outbound calls or site visits.
  • Assisting in developing lead acquisitions and prospect lists.
  • Preparing listing materials and posting property listings.
  • Maintain website and social media with new and old properties information.
  • Write, place & distribute letters, press releases, signs, brochures & marketing materials.
  • Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings and maintain business calendars.
  • Make follow-up calls & keep agent up to date with all communication with the clients to maintain continuity of communication between client, assistant and agent.
  • Plan a daily to do list and discuss/present to agent to assure each activity is a priority to both the agent and the assistant.
  • Fulfill miscellaneous administrative tasks.
  • Show a caring attitude to everyone who comes in contact with us.
  • Assisting with showing properties.
  • Gathering and research data.
  • Database Management.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an adequate field or working towards a BA.
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English & Arabic. Spelling and formatting will be required. Any other language is a bonus.
  • Must be dynamic, highly motivated with high energy and strong work ethic.
  • Solid organizational skills & attention to details.
  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office & social media.
  • Ability prioritize and manage time efficiently with little to no guidance.
  • Previous work experience in Real-estate, Business development, Marketing, Public relations, Graphic design, Administration or Project management is preferred.
  • Ability to learn new skills and execute quickly.
