Job Description & Specification:
Study the requirements of the Request for Proposal (RFP)/Invitation to Tender (ITT)/Pre-qualification (PQ) Tenders/Expression of Interest (EoI), etc, related to Consultancy Services, and submit an Executive Summary to the management including scope of works, constraints, commercial/legal risk factors, review points, relevant drawings, etc, for their review, and forbid or no-bid decision.
Key roles and accountabilities
- Interface with customer assigned by Marketing & Sales GM for preliminary management of product/service requirement
- Possess preliminary fundamentals of the product/service requirement in alignment with company standards product/ service
- Assist in Prepare the proposal technical & commercial based on Marketing & Sales GM direction
- Gather comments from concerned departments for commercial concerns including Engineering & Technical, Quality, Finance, and other company functions
- Ensure customer requirement of compliance with Company standards and identify possible deviation to report to customer for acceptance.
- Assist in Communicate with different departments within the company to ensure that all necessary documents will be submitted in due timing.
- Assist in Calculate the general proposal (technical and commercial based on company quotation criteria.
- Prepare clarification requests to the customers
- Assist in Prepare a fully compliant technical & commercial Tender/Proposal ensuring adherence to company policy and submit to the management for review and sign off.
- Ensure to meet the deadlines of all the tenders/proposals
- Review the proposals of different consultants and advise the management on their technical/commercial suitability.
- Coordinate with Senior Managers on Internal Resources Planning and other relevant Contractual issues
- Possesses preliminary knowledge of competitor and industry products, typically within an assigned client market area.
- Conducts follow up on completed proposals and apply lessons learned to future efforts.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Very Good Command of written & Spoken English Language.
