Job Description
- Effective supervision of the operations team and ensuring the smoothness and health of the operations in accordance with the procedures and policies applied and submit proposals for amendment in case of necessity.
- Work on increasing the satisfaction of all customers through rapid intervention in solving problems related daily and always work as a point of contact between the client and the gathering of the parties concerned, whether within the company or in favor of customs or any other bodies.

Education & Academic background
- Minimum of a BS and FIATA would be a plus.
Experience & Knowledge
- 4-6 years of experience.
- Minimum 2 years in same/similar post.
- Familiar with Logistics & Supply Chain terminologies
