Job Description
- Work closely with the Corporate sales team in the area of product/ Service suitability and service delivery expectations and to initiate new needs through new technologies.
- Act as an escalation point for the corporate sales team for provisioning of needed recommendations/experience/technical information as applicable.
- Take necessary decisions in coordination with sales managers to ensure the efficiency of operations at all times.
- Ensure implementation of SLA's with WEdata & TE networks to deliver customer orders.
- Prepare detailed portfolio action plan, resourcing, risk assessments & contingency plans in order to identify key milestones for the delivery of objectives in all likely circumstances.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any business management related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in handling Corporate Pre-sales operations.
- Excellent knowledge about network elements, and protocol.
- Very good Communication & Negotiation skills.
- Very good English skills.
