Job Description

KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Establish and chair the governance of the Service Line
  • Lead and drive the relationship with the key stakeholders
  • Accountable of the overall Service recipient satisfaction process (measurement, analysis and reporting)
  • Accountable of the overall results towards his/her management line. Publishes Service Line dashboard on a regular basis
  • Accountable for required activities towards service recipient in terms of training and service adoption
  • Accountable for the Service Line’s road map according to company's priorities
  • Accountable for the Service Line’s solutions portfolio (applications, technology, project, means...)
  • Accountable for the overall performance and cost effectiveness
  • Valuate and maintain cost drivers of the Service Line

Maintain Compliance

  • Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company

Ethical Leadership

  • Takes personal accountability to use personal experience and knowledge, as well as the training and tools provided by Sanofi, to maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all ethics and governance relevant to the role (Sanofi Policies and Procedures and any relevant legal requirements) and demonstrate personal leadership in applying these to all work undertaken. Escalates any decisions, or seek the support of colleagues or management if personal knowledge and understanding is not at the level required to carry out any part of the role

Environmental and Safety Leadership

  • To care for his/her own safety and well being and the safety of others, and to co-operate with the company to ensure a safe place of work. Employees are therefore expected to:
  • Support and conform to Company safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
  • Report any accident, incident or near miss, whether it be of personal injury or property damage
  • Assist in the investigation of accidents with the objective of introducing measures to prevent recurrence
  • Thoroughly read all safety documentation issues by the Company and comply with its requirements. Escalate any doubts or uncertainties to their supervisor and / or manager.
  • Ask for constant operational efficiency and optimization in leading continuous improvement management cycles
  • Coordinate in the design and evolution of the Service Line and associated services (High Level Design)
  • Accountable for the Service Line’s resources ensuring the right level of competency
  • Responsible for security and regulatory compliance

Job Requirements

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Education Level

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in Applications support, data mining and analytical reports development
  • Application architectural design, UI/UX, user friendly interface
  • Digital marketing and digital business, such as Mobile Apps, Websites, CRM/CLM, Multi-channel Engagement…
  • Business Intelligence development and implementations
  • Data mining and structured relational DB management and development
  • Change management, planning and execution
  • Project Management, users’ engagement and project steering
  • Systems maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Some experience in Pharmaceutical industry is an added value

Skills

  • MS SQL Server Developer
  • Analytical Reports Developer
  • User Interface & User Experience (UI/UX) planning, design and development
  • Project Management empowered with MS Project skills
  • Good Communication Skills and Presentability
  • Data mining and data warehousing
  • Business Intelligence and Data Analysis
