About the Job
This role has a wide variety of exciting duties that revolve around acquiring and engaging with new consumers using various approaches. The role will require close collaboration with external below-the-line and design agencies, in addition to understanding consumer habits and practices.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out focus groups and gathering meaningful consumer insights that would help in launching new products/campaigns, and improving existing ones
- Create and execute superior communication across multiple channels
- Develop and execute direct-to-consumer activities and events that would drive trial
- Work with design agencies to create state of the art point of sale material
- Proactively assess and spot new marketing opportunities, as well as trends
- Manage annual marketing plan and budget
- Analyze and evaluate the impact of marketing plans on the business as well as recommend improvements
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience in significant consumer product roles.
- In-depth understanding, knowledge and practical experience in consumer marketing.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related
- Deep knowledge of brand strategy, building brand love, developing unique and differentiated consumer communication and marketing plans, business ownership, project management
- Commercial knowledge (shopper marketing, channel and market understanding)
- Proven record of delivering increased revenue and volume and improving brand love
- Proven experience at managing complex and challenging projects
- Collaborative, creative and innovative
- Proactive and has strong analytical skills
