Job Description
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for an In-house IT Service Lead who has a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks, and operating systems.
This role goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and develop company websites and online stores
- Manage and secure all company social media accounts
- Protect our consumer’s data on the website through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means
- Extract ongoing reports from the website to identify traffic analysis
- Implement security measures to ensure the security of company data
- Responsible for network management and software development
- Develop and maintain local networks and conduct backup system in way that optimize performance
- Set up email accounts for new users and deleting accounts for terminated users
- Provide technical support to our employees responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Develop new strategies, programs/software and any related IT procedures to increase efficiency and enhance workflow to help run the business smoother
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance as well as performing any troubleshooting needed to diagnose and resolve problems
- Manage the company website performing the regular maintenance needed
- Manage and oversee department budget
- Manage company Dials & Phones.
- Establish and maintain contact with vendors for support and problem resolution
- Manage daily operations of the IT department and perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
- Excellent knowledge of WordPress and woocommerce
- Excellent knowledge of computer security and network security
- Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving skills and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Ability to stick to strict deadlines, priorities and have a keen eye for details
