Job Description

  • Will be responsible for the following tasks into cooperation with the full time team
  • Hiring qualified staff in short time and attending the HR interviews then transfer the process to the technical part through the full time HR Team
  • Manage & Coordinate All Recruitment Activities initially from Job announcement to providing offer, Orientation, and on-boarding program.
  • Implementation of new Recruitment Policy and procedures.
  • Prepared Annual Manpower Plan to defining staffing needs, and proper talent acquisition strategies,
  • Carries out all necessary Succession & placement plan activities for selected employees including orientation with the Company rules and regulations.
  • Handling all issues regarding recruitment, interview, and assessment methods.
  • Redesign JD, Sub organization chart
  • Create Training policies and techniques for evaluation performance.
  • Assess the overall performance of the organization by (KPI).
  • Manage and design a best practice to all performance management methods & system.
  • Provide training to all new and current employees that align with mission & business strategy.
  • Identify Training & learning Needs assessment & Methods.(TNA)
  • Develop & implementing basic training and development program.
  • Coordinate and Monitor training activities.
  • Design individual training plan (Replacement, succession plan)
  • Ensures effective implementation of employee performance appraisal policies and procedures.
  • Planning, developing and implementing HR Policies and Procedures to ensure achieving the objectives of the Company.
  • development of HR strategy, goals and objectives in line with the overall Company strategy and monitoring the adherence to human resources policies and procedures by all employees in direct cooperation with Shared Services Manager.
  • Provide and manage about all payment to employees (working – non working)
  • Redesign all issues regarding salary survey & structure and monthly Payroll.
  • Identify and Explain Compensation Packages & Benefits, Bonus, incentives and allowances program.
  • Prepare annual HR Budget.
  • Supervise the employee relations through the full time team (including managing absence, disciplines, and sickness).
  • Measure employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement.
  • Supervises Personnel transactions and preparation of relevant needed documents, and ensures safety of Personnel files and confidentiality of materials.
  • Redesign Organization chart, Generic policy and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience.
