Learning & Development Specialist

Analyzing Training Needs:

• Communicate with the Sales and Project Managers to acquire a mutual understanding of the training needs of the clients
• Support the sales team in technical calls or technical meetings to extract training needs from the clients
• Read and analyze received RFPs, client requests and all related request documents to extract training needs of the clients

Proposals Design & Development:

• Create and customize ideas for comprehensive development programs and interventions that satisfies the clients’ needs including ideas for training academies, schools, competency-based trainings, value-based trainings, comprehensive learning journeys, … etc.
• Design teambuilding activities that satisfies and meet the client’s needs
• Update the HNI library with a well-structured and organized outlines library, and training games and activities in both English and Arabic.
• Write well-structured, formatted, and customized technical proposals for presenting previously created ideas
• Support the sales team in technical calls or technical meetings to discuss technical proposals previously sent to the clients

Materials Design & Development:

• Design & customize training materials of different training programs including presentations, handouts, activities, assessment tools: assignments, tests, projects … etc.
