Job Description
- Proactively prospect and develop business relationships with existing and new clients across region to drive sales and achieve annual business targets while maintaining HNI's quality and reputation
- Run market research and explore new key accounts and markets to penetrate.
- Follow up with clients offering superb customer service to encourage recurrent business
- Assist with opening and closing of training events to drive business
- Offer advice and feedback on market situation and demands to help management make sound strategic sales and business development decisions.
- Assist with marketing activities and events such as training show and HR summit locally or internationally to drive business
- Assist selling new services and products such as but not limited to, consulting, new certificates, third party's offerings, etc to drive sales and achieve assigned target.
- Develop business proposals in English and Arabic with the help of the proposal team, when required
- Assist with late payments using own relationship with clients, only when accounting fails to collect.
- Other tasks assigned by the management.
