Job Description
- Act as the key channel between the client and the company in terms of contracting.
- All the after-sales service with the client.
- Handle the documentation according to the client’s case
- Provide gaudiness and consultancy to the client
- Follow up with the team to finalize the requested task.
- Checking the required application documents for the applying process.
- Conducting necessary training and program updates with the employees and other branches
Job Requirements
- Experience in the same field or work in the VFS Global Or Banking sector.
- Excellent spoken & Written English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to deal directly with clients.
- Bachelor degree.
- Computer skills required: good MS office skills.
- Preferable experience in the immigration filed or banking filed.
