Job Description
- Develop structural designs for products with the use of CAD(Autocad -SolidWorks ) and other drafting software programs.
- Develop FEA model analysis using Ansys
- Attend coordination/ kick-off meetings as necessary.
- Assist in researching and assessing project requirements and specifications.
- Design Mechanical systems/structures.
- Develop manufacturing drawings and Bill of Material.
- Design Electro-Mechanical components and follow up on implementation.
- Assist in selecting the components required to execute the design.
- Assist in developing and testing design models with the use of software programs to assess feasibility.
- Investigate the cause of equipment and system failures and fix them.
- Recommend design modifications to ensure there will be no malfunctions in the system or in the machine.
- Document and write the project’s activities, mechanical design, and user manual.
- Assist in the development and applying test plans.
- Integrate the system and perform initial and field tests.
- Participate in product assembly.
- Communicate with the Mechanical team leader to update the work daily status
- Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
- From 2-3 years of experience in Mechanical engineering field.
- Experience with CAD packages(Autocad -SolidWorks ).
- Experience with product design&(DFMA).
- Knowledge of GD&T is plus
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with FEA and dynamic simulation is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes.
- Strong documentation and writing skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem solver.
- Teamwork and conflict management.
- Ability to work well through others.
- Excellent English Language.
