Job Description
- Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.
- Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases.
- Recording office expenditure and managing the budget.
- Coordinate with the accounting team and carry out financial transactions.
- Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
