Job Description
- Reviews and update internal policies to ensure that the company’s departments adhere to laws and regulations.
- Ensures all functional processes, templates and forms are updated, approved and uploaded on the knowledge management system.
- Develops and updates audit procedures in order to comprehensively cover all WAVZ processes while ensuring critical process controls are in place.
- Prepares and updates a quarterly internal compliance audits to be conducted for all functions.
- Coordinates compliance requirements with Department heads prior to the audit cycle in order to ensure seamless audit activities.
- Work in collaboration with all departments to ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures with a shared objective of enhancing management practices.
- Develops structured compliance reports to be reviewed by the Quality Manager and Department Director prior to submission to the board.
- Generates periodical compliance reports that include compliance status, risks and recommended actions to address these risks.
- Establishes contacts with Quality certification bodies and works collaboratively with all departments to ensure successful certification audits.
- Educates the new employees with relevant policies, procedures and regulations of the company through creative orientation approaches to guarantee their awareness of WAVZ code of conduct.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from any discipline (Law, Business, Finance is preferred)
- Years of Experience: 5 years.
- Quality Management Certification is preferred.
- Audit Certification is preferred.
- Business knowledge.
- Governance Knowledge.
- Administration Knowledge.
- Investigation and Auditing Skills.
- Quality Assurance Knowledge.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
