HSE Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect company site on daily basis and build up positive communication challenges with operation supervisors.
• Apply HSE Policies application and assure its compliance with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001>.
• Guide HSE Technicians and able to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance.
• Maintain HSE logs and documentation and prepare reports as necessary.
• Conducting continuous awareness sessions, develop presentation of HSE training and present relevant HSE Programs.
• Responsible for HSE documentation, work permits, confined space and other operation needs.
• Risk assessment and Job safety analysis.
• Observe HSE regulations,PPE's requirements, encourages safe working practices and correct unsafe act and unsafe conditions immediately.
• Wide knowledge in Firefighting systems ( Sprinklers , Foam systems , fire pumps ,FM200 , CO2 ).
