Job Description

Looking for Information Technology Manager will responsible for:

  • Participates in the annual strategy planning events, develops and updates the Technology roadmap for the company.
  • Consolidates the IT annual budgets and plans prepared by the IT Managers on company level, based on projected operating costs and oversees its expenditure.
  • Collaborates with the Strategy Management Office and Quality Assurance Teams to enhance overall visibility over the organization through effective technological solutions.
  • Liaises with different business owners to understand business requirements and translate the business needs into technical requirements.
  • Manages internal automation and transformation projects in collaboration with the different departments while ensuring business continuity and seamless implementation.
  • Assesses the company IT performance to maximize the return on IT investments and provides Management with actionable recommendations.
  • Manages the commissioning and qualification process for automation systems as well as develops and ensures compliance with established quality standards.
  • Manages the development of IT policies and procedures Manual and monitors its application and compliance: (Operations, Documentation, Information Security, Backup and Recovery Procedures).
  • Owns and manages procedures and technical standards for the automation processes.
  • Sets the standards and performance measures (KPIs) of Process Automation and Technology teams in line with the company’s strategic objectives, monitors their timely implementation and ensures their achievement .
  • Reviews and approves all purchasing decisions for automation process ensuring total compliance to the policies and procedures manual and submits to the Strategy & Governance Director for approval.
  • Reviews the design and implementations of new solutions and provides recommendations if needed.
  • Conducts performance appraisals sessions of his direct report in due time.
  • Reviews and approves the performance appraisals conducted by his first liners to their subordinates, ensuring a timely, efficient and objective Performance Management process.
  • Approves and follows-up on the implementation of training and development plans for department staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar qualification.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • PMP or Prince2 Certification.
  • Six Sigma – Green Belt.
  • Communication skills.
  • Technical writing skills.

  • Business knowledge.
