Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct general public to appropriate staff member.
- Direct telephone messages and fax messages to concerned person.
- Maintain and manage general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Making travel arrangements including Visa , Flight reservation, Accommodation, Pickup, Transportation and processing expenses reports.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- All Day-to-day operation matters
Job Requirements
- Job Type: Full time
- 0-3 years of experience
- Females only
- New Cairo , Al Rehab or Nasr City residents are preferable
- Presentable.
- Very Good knowledge of English language
- Very Good knowledge of MS Office (Word , Excel , Power point)
