Job Description

  • Receiving & replying Emails.
  • Responsible for meeting & Task management, Taking minutes of meeting.
  • Set and assign tasks on behalf of Group Biomedical Director with due dates.
  • In collaboration with other departments Managers and Businesses units stakeholders, prepare a timed Agenda for the CEO
  • Prepare all projects plans with its milestones.
  • Keep a record of forms and work documents.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Administration field from 4 to 8 years.
  • The candidate must be presentable.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Able to travel.
