Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To perform export/import crosstrade administration tasks.
- To prepare proforma invoices for customer.
- To prepare shipping instructions with FFW, and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers based on Incoterms and inspection companies.
- To prepare shipping/export documents (BL, Commercial invoice, COO, Packing list, Cargo tracking notes…)
- To ensure customers’ clearance of goods at the destination.
- To coordinate shipments with third parties in order to comply with clients expectation
- To provide continuous communication to the customers & orders follow-up with the suppliers, shipping lines and banks.
- To update and follow-up third parties invoices’ settlement.
- To follow-up on potential customers’ claims.
- To comply with Internal KPI and back up process.
- To communicate with internal departments when needed (Supply Chain, Credit department..)
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in international trade and/or logistics is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, multi-tasking, initiatives and strong attention to detail required.
- Proficient to fluent English, a second language would be a plus.
- Knowledge of LC is compulsory with knowledge of ISBP and UCP.
- Knowledge of Incoterms.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Team spirit.
