Job Description
- Handling communication and execution of corporate affairs and constitutional issues.
- Management of the contract system.
- Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
- Translate, Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
- Translate and Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Send court notices and follow up on legal cases
- Responsible for all legal affairs
- Structure, draft and review legal documents & memos
- Take the necessary measures according to the court's order in different cases
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Law
- Females only
- Excellent English
- 2+ years of experience
