Job Description
- Support Sales team in setting own target, marketing and sales program.
- Supervising, leading, directing, motivating and developing the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales target and objectives.
- Assist the Sales Manager in monitoring, revising and implementing the sales strategies objective and plans and completing all assigned duties.
- Propose important conferences to the marketing department and effectively participate in company’s events, workshops and marketing programs.
- Assist and support sales teams with questions, concerns and product/service questions.
- Handle and report sales team relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.
- Communicate and ensure that all subordinates adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Reporting consolidated sales team progress report to the sales manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in pharmaceutical science or any science-related degree.
- 5-7 years’ experience in Pharmaceuticals or Medical devices sales.
- Dermatology line experience is a must.
- 3 years’ experience in sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving challenging sales targets and objectives as well as supervising, coaching and directing successful and results-oriented sales force.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
- Egyptian National/Cairo-based.
