Job Description
- Proven record of high performance managing complex initiatives to achieve outstanding results for the assigned targets
- An intuitive understanding of the importance of data in understanding trends, providing actionable insights, & tracking the success of those initiatives
- Proven experience leading by example, exhibiting integrity/enthusiasm/communication & fostering collaboration throughout organizations
- Exceptional ability to develop strong business relationships at all levels to ensure business sustainability
- Works with individuals and teams across the organization to ensure the best customers’ experience
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Maintaining client records
- Generating leads
- Onboarding new customers that involves credit terms, products, commercials, expansion plan, etc.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that guarantees growth
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer experience or account management
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering, Business, and Marketing is preferable.
- Relevant experience in account management/sale, practice is mandatory
- Telecommunication/Fintech/Payments background is a plus
- Excellent command of using Microsoft Office tools especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Fluent English Language (Written and spoken)
- French is a plus
- Strong communications skills
- Flexible in working hours/weekends/outdoor visits & traveling
