Job Description

  • Proven record of high performance managing complex initiatives to achieve outstanding results for the assigned targets
  • An intuitive understanding of the importance of data in understanding trends, providing actionable insights, & tracking the success of those initiatives
  • Proven experience leading by example, exhibiting integrity/enthusiasm/communication & fostering collaboration throughout organizations
  • Exceptional ability to develop strong business relationships at all levels to ensure business sustainability
  • Works with individuals and teams across the organization to ensure the best customers’ experience
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Maintaining client records
  • Generating leads
  • Onboarding new customers that involves credit terms, products, commercials, expansion plan, etc.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that guarantees growth

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer experience or account management
  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering, Business, and Marketing is preferable.
  • Relevant experience in account management/sale, practice is mandatory
  • Telecommunication/Fintech/Payments background is a plus
  • Excellent command of using Microsoft Office tools especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Fluent English Language (Written and spoken)
  • French is a plus
  • Strong communications skills
  • Flexible in working hours/weekends/outdoor visits & traveling
  • Maximum age: 28
