Job Description
- Receive customers at front counter receptions and process shipments through DHL software.
- Ensure all security procedures for all shipments received are followed up.
- Ensure that all shipments arriving at the express center are scanned whether delivered through the front counter or will be Held for Collection.
- Assure all customers receive service, which is prompt, friendly, courteous and helpful.
- Provide customer feedback to others in the organization
- Meet service level and response time objectives
- Meet quality objectives
- Perform customer identification
- Perform shipment identification
- Record sales leads and operation
- Leads record customer complaints.
- Make continuous work process improvements

Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of Experience.
- Cairo Residents ONLY.
- Bachelor degree
- Write & speak English fluently
- Computer literate and familiar with Word and Excel.
