Vacancy: Vice President of Engineering
- Soldex is looking for its superstar VP of Engineering, to join us on the exciting next phase -- Developing & Deploying the company's next-gen solar tracker (MVP verified).
- The VP-E will also be responsible for formulating and pushing the capability roadmap for the company's tech team and products.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSc in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
- 2-4 years experience in Industrial Automation
- Proven track record in designing, building and commissioning PLC SCADA systems
Responsibilities:
- Controller Design: Electrical, Control, and PLC Programming
- Supplier Vetting: Selection & Coordination with external suppliers (Local & Intl.)
- Testing: Field testing of systems & components
- Technical Documents: Create detailed instruction manuals (Installation & Commissioning - Operation & Maintenance)
Skills:
- Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment
- Effective communicate with external stakeholders
- Strong command of English & Arabic languages
- Technical Writing
