Job Description
- Develop the operational plan for the production departments.
- Ensures the availability of raw materials and operating requirements for production processes at various stages of production.
- Ensures adherence to production and loading schedules and plans.
- Coordinates work between divisions to ensure the work progress according to plans.
- The compliance of the machines shall be reviewed according to the loading schedules of each machine.
- Identifies production problems and develops immediate solutions to address them.
- Review data on the actual consumption of materials and analyze the causes of deviations and work to avoid them.
- Prepare periodic follow-up reports on the implementation of production plans and submit them to the factory general manager for study and decision-making.
- Develop the strategy and preventive maintenance plans for the company's equipment and machinery and directly supervise its implementation and follow-up preventive, therapeutic and periodic maintenance in accordance with the maintenance plan.
- Ensures the availability of raw materials and operating requirements for maintenance operations.
- Prepare periodic reports on the status and failure of the machines and machines of the company.
- Stop any machine directly in case of any electrical or mechanical failure in coordination with the production and maintenance engineer.
- Follow up the periodic maintenance of machines and operating machinery to maintain operational efficiency.
- Registration of all maintenance works (periodical or sudden) in the forms of the section and keeping them in the records in accordance with ISO procedures
Job Requirements
Education: -
- Bachelor of Production Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Practical experience :-
- 7:12 years experience working in similar factories (Printing/Packaging).
- Proficiency in the use of computers and Office applications
