Almentor.net is looking for a confident Senior Presales to provide pre-sales support to Business Development and Sales teams by identifying the customers’ requirements and designing a commercially viable solution. The senior Pre-sales responds to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical and non-technical details of proposed solutions.
The senior Pre-sales coordinates the transition between pre-sales specifications and implementation once contracts have been awarded.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the sales team in the area of product suitability and service delivery expectations.
- Responding to bids and RFPs.
- Articulating(through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to both technical and non-technical customers.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and service offerings and methodologies.
- Working with the product development teams to capture new customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio.
- Monitoring relevant databases and platforms to identify potential opportunities and tenders to apply for.
- Working with the post-sales team in handing over any pre-sales efforts.
- Administrating the CRM system.
- Design and maintain proposals templates.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in a pre-sales environment within software solutions business and preferable in e-learning .
- Experience in developing and delivering successful proposals and effective presentations.
- Fluent English Language & Arabic (Spoken & written).
- French Fluency is a plus.
- Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and to be proactive.
