Job Description

  • Lead the business development team in Egypt and KSA ensuring they meet their individual monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Developing growth strategies and plans to achieve company business goals.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Responsible for kitchens/partners acquisition according to our criteria.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients while increasing their revenues.
  • Follow up on clients’ complaints or additional needs, and reach a resolution for optimum client
  • Forecast and report accounts revenue and others key metrics including tracking actual progress toward forecasts.
  • Advise the upper management through comprehensive reporting of account status, issues and related program development.
  • Contacting and attracting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Developing quotes and business proposals for clients.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required,

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience, preferably in F&B field.
  • Excellent command of English.

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
