Job Description
- Lead the business development team in Egypt and KSA ensuring they meet their individual monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Developing growth strategies and plans to achieve company business goals.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Responsible for kitchens/partners acquisition according to our criteria.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients while increasing their revenues.
- Follow up on clients’ complaints or additional needs, and reach a resolution for optimum client
- Forecast and report accounts revenue and others key metrics including tracking actual progress toward forecasts.
- Advise the upper management through comprehensive reporting of account status, issues and related program development.
- Contacting and attracting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Developing quotes and business proposals for clients.
Job Requirements
Qualifications Required,
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience, preferably in F&B field.
- Excellent command of English.

- Strong communications skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
