Job Description
- Monitoring the implementation of quality assurance systems in all departments in accordance with the standards specifications set in advance and reporting to the senior management of violations.
- Conduct periodic reviews of all approved activities and processes supported by ISO certification in all departments.
- Supervising the general file of ISO and ensuring that it is renewed on time.
- Analyzes risks in the company's work environment and formulates its plan on how to deal with and contain it.
- Defines the standards required for industrial security and safety missions and defines the company's needs.
- Communicates with suppliers of industrial security missions and uniforms in order to supply them to the company in accordance with the agreed standards and at appropriate prices.
- Supervise the team's work, provide them with tasks, plans, schedules, and field visits and tracks their reports.
- Follows up the implementation of the work team for their various tasks and works to help them in solving the problems facing them, thus ensuring a better direction for their efforts.
- Training and developing the skills of the team to suit the needs of management.
- Explain and communicate the new in the company policy announced by the higher management of workers and employees and simplify to them.
- Define the department's annual training needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in related filed.
- At least 10 years’ experience in QA field and HSE.
- Excellent English & computer skills.
- Preferred OSHA certified
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of modern concepts of total quality Management.
- Knowledge of requirements of ISO 9001.
