Job Description

SOLAMISR is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns on social media channels that promote company competence and its services.
He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
  • Contact, interview, and hire third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content.
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Work from Home experience.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
