Job Description
- Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
- Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
- Recording office expenditure and managing the budget
- Coordinate with the accounting team and carry out financial transactions
- Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Responsible for the offices boys and manage their performance
- Helping prepare for meetings.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
