Job Description
- Following up with suppliers.
- Coordinate with the storekeeper regarding the delivery time
- Reporting any issue to the direct manager.
- Prepare a price list to be discussed with management.
- Negotiating prices, delivery time, qty delivers with suppliers.
- Works within a certain budget to purchase goods and services for an organization.
- Execution of all purchase orders assigned by the Direct Manager for the different departments.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality of goods received is satisfactory.
- Orders goods on an ongoing basis in order to maintain certain stock levels.
- Follow up with the finances department on invoice payment.
- Participate in suppliers's evaluation.
Job Requirements
Skills
- Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Should be up-to-date on pricing and medical industry trends.
Education
- Business Administration or any relevant study
