Technical Trainer

Position Summary:

• A Technical Trainer will be part of the HR team, working on the Training and Development function.
• The Technical Trainer will be delivering training sessions to different individuals at the company (instructors and other trainers).
• He/she is also responsible for the training process of existing and newly hired individuals, including; scheduling, following up, coaching, evaluating … etc. They report primarily to the HR Generalist and secondarily to the Technical Unit Head.

Responsibilities:

• Creating Training of the Trainer manuals of Engineeius programs.
• Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
• Assuring that training plan is being implemented smoothly; including the training location, material needed for training, attendees and trainer him/herself.
• Managing a team of freelance trainers according to business needs (peak seasons).
• Delivering training sessions following Engineeius methodology to all new and existing employees, while facilitating the delivery of the content.
• Evaluating attendees and sending evaluation to HR Generalist.
• Oversee and track trainees’ performance and attendance.
• Review the performance of trainers and coaches, their results and gives them direction for ongoing performance improvement through location visits.
• Prepare and maintain the training database, training records, and reports.
• Periodical teaching at different projects to maintain the on-ground experience.
