Job Description
- Responsible for selling real estate projects.
- Creates and follow up sales leads.
- Arrange site visits and sales presentations to the clients.
- Conducts effective sales meetings and close deals.
- Prepare and revise sales contracts.
- Access and maintain accurate clients database of market contacts.
- Achieve and report on assigned sales targets
Job Requirements
- Must be a resident of the 6th of October city or nearby areas.
- Self-motivated with effective organizational skills.
- Ability to take multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus.
- Must be proactive, with the ability to meet and surpass project deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Very good in English.
- Have very good communication skills.
- Preferable to have a customer service experience.
