Job Description

  • Personnel: Develops, recommends and supervise implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Review and sign all documentation and communication with the social insurance office and assures compliance with the legal and government regulations.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Egyptian labor law and dealing with the labor office.
  • Ensure company’s legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource standards according to Egyptian labor related law and maintain proper communications with governmental authorities especially social insurance and ministry of manpower and ensure settle regular payments on time.
  • Oversee and manage personnel activities including employments contracts status, renewals, end of contracts, investigations, leaves, attendance, filling system and maintain data updates on company’s HR system.
  • Payroll: Calculating the monthly salary, overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc
  • Manage the payroll process (new bank accounts, inputs, effects, outputs, reconciliations, settlements).
  • Design the company’s salary structure and conducting periodic salary surveys and job evaluations, recommending, planning, and implementing salary structure reviews.
  • Recruitment & Selection:
  • Prepare the annual company manpower plan in cooperation with department’s managers and top management.
  • Maintain company staff by establishing an efficient recruiting process including, sourcing, testing, interviewing and selection. Conduct end to end recruitment process, identify turnover reasons through exit interviews, one to one meetings and develop action plan.
  • Create and develop job descriptions, organization charts, HR policies, procedures and ensure matching with company’s business objectives.
  • Hiring employees according to the skills and competencies set by the HR department
  • Design, prepare the annual budget of manpower cost for all departments, set the HR budget, monitor and calibrate with actual cost on a regular basis, report variances and recommended corrective actions.
  • Onboarding: Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality.
  • Organization Development:
  • Set the company’s Competency framework, grading and salary structures, KPIs, organization structure, job descriptions, and ensure their implementation and effectiveness to fulfill the company’s strategy
  • Evaluating employees’ performance in relation to departmental and individual KPIs
  • Handling promotions for employees that meet the requirements that the HR put
  • Design, monitor and develop the company’s performance management system, counsel employees and line managers of performance results and advise action plans accordingly to support business growth.
  • Maintain healthy work environment through employees’ involvement in organizational objectives setting, team building activities, using transparent and direct communication channels, resolve employee relations issues, mediate employee grievances to avoid separation/legal issues.
  • Training & Development:
  • Training employees based on evaluation results to improve their performance
  • Prepare the training and promotion plan in line with the performance evaluations through the HR budget.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Setting guidelines for salaries and bonuses according to market studies and in line with company strategy
  • Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying, surveying and assessing benefit needs, recommending benefit programs to management and develop benefits policies, obtaining and evaluating benefit contract designing and conducting awareness on benefit programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or related fields
  • HR Diploma is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and
  • Power Point).
  • Excellent Command of English language skills.
  • 7 – 10 Years of experience as A Head Of Department or HR Manager
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law
