- Act as a point of contact for all incoming inquiries
- Responsible for office supplies availability
- Supervise office helpers
- Responsible for office maintenance activities
- Submit expense report to the finance department.
- Provide information to other departments upon request
- Schedule meetings, Interviews and company events
- Maintain both hard and digital filing systems
- Maintain attendance and leaves tracking
