Job Description

  • Act as a point of contact for all incoming inquiries
  • Responsible for office supplies availability
  • Supervise office helpers
  • Responsible for office maintenance activities
  • Submit expense report to the finance department.
  • Provide information to other departments upon request
  • Schedule meetings, Interviews and company events
  • Maintain both hard and digital filing systems
  • Maintain attendance and leaves tracking
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the GM.

Job Requirements

  • 3- 5 Years of Experience as admin assistant
