Job Description
- Designing quality standards,
- Inspect processes, and developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions.
- Conduct relevant internal audits.
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to implement quality proper measures.
- Design and publish training materials for new services and HW.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
Job Requirements
- Engineering degree / or Computer Science
- 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- CCNA certified.
- CCNP is must, at least route track.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 20000/9001 is highly favorable.
- ITIL foundation is favorable.
