Job Description
- Responsible for all shipments, invoices, documents and payment follow up
- Develops and deliver progress reports and documentation.
- Ensures that all inputs into Agility system are accurate.
- Follows up on Invoice issuance and job process with all relevant products.
- Well timing responsiveness with our offices to avoid the time wastes due to time differences.
- Handles Air & Ocean shipments which are related to the Projects team.
- Contacts all origin offices for following up all air/ocean shipments
- Checks the costs with superior to get the suggested selling rates.
- Sends selling rates to customer seeking his confirmation.
- Sends SOP`s for Ocean shipments & asking airfreight team to send the same for air shipments
- Follows up all shipments and reviewing the shipment`s paperwork with suppliers directly.
- Ensures that suppliers are sending their document as per Egyptian customs authority standards.
- Sends pre-alert for all shipments to customer.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and familiar with Logistics terms.
- Fresh Grad up to 2 years’ experience. Competencies
- Problem Solving
- Excellent in English both written and Verbal
- Very good in outlook, Word and Excel.
