Job Description
Main Duties:
- Handling customers' inquiries and complaints, booking, and contacting airlines.
- The main purpose is to facilitate and provide global customer experience standards.
Working Conditions:
- 9 hours rotational shifts (within 8 AM and 11 PM) and maximum shifts for females is 7 PM.
- 2 days off rotational.
- Work location: Maadi (Technological park).
